All of our Cookies are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop, we are therefore UNABLE to accept returns.

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct.

We ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked24. Orders will be sent out on Mondays & Thursdays. Cut off for Monday orders is midnight Sunday and cut off for Thursday orders is midnight Wednesday. Our preference is to bake it fresh and ship on the same day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (we bake every order fresh). Please allow an addition 1-2 days for the product to arrive via Tracked24. For pre-orders please allow 14 days for delivery.

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to cater for allergies. All cookies are made in the same environment and due to the nature of allergens, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination. However, we are working towards developing an allergen-free line of cookies in the near future. Thank you for your understanding.

We post to all UK addresses via Royal Mail Tracked24. Currently, we do not ship outside of the UK. We also offer local drop offs in Milton Keynes for £2.00. For Milton Keynes orders over 12 cookies free drop off is available!

If you’re having a major event, we’d love to be involved. Please email contactchookiebakery@gmail.com at least 14 days prior to your event date. Include the date , quantities required and your desired flavours and we will be in touch!

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to a week.

We ship across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a box of 6-8 cookies will be £3.95 and for orders of 9-16 cookies delivery will be £6.95. Please note for orders over 12 cookies separate orders should be made. For Milton Keynes orders of more than 12 cookies free local drop off available! Please get in touch for more info!

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your order. During holidays, you can expect there may be delays in express postage. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days from the date it was placed, please contact us at contactchookiebakery@gmail.com so we can track your package.
